Just a little info.........

STU EDWARDS

Stu ‘Maverick’ Edwards is the charismatic lead vocalist of GONE COUNTRY and an accomplished musician, who plays both acoustic and electric guitar, as well as a mean harmonica.  Stu has nearly 20 years of professional musical entertainment experience under his hat, having played or DJ’d in clubs all over the UK & Europe as well as hosting many open mic nights.  Stu decided to form GONE COUNTRY after years of performing as a solo/duo playing Johnny Cash, which led him to some of today’s more modern Country artists such as Alan Jackson, Toby Keith and Brad Paisley.  In addition to his role as lead vocal for GONE COUNTRY, Stu also goes out as ‘Maverick’ (solo act) and as his ‘alter ego’ in The Johnny Cash Show.

ARWEN BINGHAM

Who is by day a team leader in a mailroom, initially joined the band on a temporary basis in January 2014 to help out, but when Lori decided she could not commit to the 2014 programme Arwen was asked if she would like to take her place. Arwen has been involved with music for more than a decade, initially with several bands and then as part of a duo for a number of years. As she says herself, this is the first time she has been working with a band for more than ten years but she has risen to the challenge admirably and is loving every minute of it.
